Anisha has two kids. One in 3rd grade at Fernwood and an 8th grader at Skyview. Her husband works for an IT company and they have lived in Bothell for eight years.

Her family loves the outdoors and traveling. They love going on hikes and their favorite hiking spot
is Mt. Rainier!

Anisha comes from an Engineering background and worked as a CAD engineer for a tech company.
After taking a break, she now works for NSD as an Emergency Substitute teacher and a Para
Substitute. She loves volunteering in the classrooms, around school and at their church for various
activities.

This is Anisha's first time being on the board and she is excited to be a part of a wonderful team! She has
been a part of the PTSA for almost eight years. Over the years, she has chaired and co-chaired theSpelling Bee, Year-end event, Ice Cream Social, Science Fair, After School enrichment program and
volunteered at many events, including Field Day, Popcorn Friday, Fundraising and Picture Day.

As the 2022-23's 1st VP of Membership, she hopes to share the importance of PTSA
Membership and the impact it has beyond “volunteering” within the Fernwood
community. Stronger membership (more members) equals a stronger voice when
advocating for our children at the state level. Anisha invites you to join the PTSA for your child
because increasing our membership even by one, makes it possible to provide
important educational resources, speak up on important issues and create a stronger
school community.

There is no wrong or right way to be involved-anything you can give,
whether it’s time or money, will support your child's potential.
